Subliminal messages are seen or heard by your subconscious mind but they’re usually below the level that your conscious mind recognises.

My preferred method of using subliminal messages is to listen to them.

Years ago, I bought a program that allowed me to make my own custom subliminal messages and, whilst it’s good in theory, in practice I never quite got round to going through the process.

It’s fiddly:

Write out your messages – these have to be written correctly to have the maximum impact.

Then record them without fluffing your lines.

Then tweak the recording so that the messages are barely audible and then loop them so they fill the desired length of track.

After that, add a backing track to disguise the messages and give your conscious mind something to listen to.

Finally, output it as an MP3.

Which is a long process and involves a fair bit of trial and error to get the recording levels right.

So I investigated an easier way and found the software I’ve linked to it below this video.

The software runs on Windows or Mac systems (sorry Linux users) and, since it’s a modern program, is easy to install.

Once it’s installed, you need to select the things it will help change in your brain.

There are three different levels for the program and each one has an almost mind boggling selection of pre-written messages.

The lowest level has 100 different subliminal sessions to choose from, featuring over 1,200 affirmations.

The highest level stretches to 350 different subliminal session topics and includes over 4,000 affirmations.

Which means you’ll almost certainly find the session you need – and you can always add your own if you’re feeling keen.

I like brainwave entrainment (binaural beats) and the software comes with a selection of those as well, so I add them to my tracks.

And the system uses a mix of different subliminal techniques to further increase their impact – stereo confusion is fun as it involves playing different messages into each ear at the same time. Reverse mode reminds me of my youth when rock bands were accused of including satanic messages if you played the album backwards.

All of those are easy to do with the software – near enough at the click of a mouse.
